Right of withdrawal

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your statement before the withdrawal period ends.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we reimburse payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the statement. We use the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise. If you asked us to begin the service during the withdrawal period, you may owe a proportionate amount for service already performed up to withdrawal. The right expires after full performance only where the statutory conditions and your express confirmations are satisfied.
